How do I begin the process of requesting services?
A 30 minute phone consultation is the first step in my process for both interior design and image consulting. The purpose of this call is to understand the needs and goals of each prospective client or project.
What are some of the advantages of using an image consultant or interior designer?
Industry professionals are allowed access to showrooms, merchandise and pricing schedules that are not available to traditional consumers. When utilizing the design or image services of kaistyled., you gain access to industry expertise, research, exclusivity and cost savings.
How does image consulting work?
For wardrobe enhancements, the first step is a closet edit. During the edit, we will categorize your items into five categories: To Donate, To Discard, To Tailor, To Consign and To Keep. Once the edit is complete, we create item and budget goals to build your new wardrobe. The next phase is a shopping edit. During the first shopping edit, I personally deliver items and conduct a fitting session of all of the items I have purchased using client funds. The integration of these new items with your current wardrobe is discussed throughout the fitting. Items accepted during the shopping edit are cataloged into each clients’ visual wardrobe. A visual wardrobe displays items purchased, brand, store, size, and kaistyled. cost vs. original retail cost.
Do you offer virtual services?
Because my client roster spans the U.S. there are certainly parts of my services that are conducted virtually. For interior design clients, I ask for images, videos and floor plans before I schedule a site visit. For image consulting clients seeking wardrobe enhancement, my services require a closet edit, which at this time is not offered virtually. Personal branding services may be completely virtual.
What is your fee schedule?
Fees are based on the “spend” or budget of the project and are quoted in a written proposal after the 30 minute consultation call.
